We are looking for a mature, non-smoking, quiet individual (e.g. a
grad student) to share a 3-bedroom apartment in the Berkshire Towers
at Silver Spring. Here's the info on the apt:

Location: Across the White Oak shopping center (at the intersection
of New Hampshire Ave and Route 29). A 15-min drive to UMD,
30-min to DC, 7-min from downtown Silver Spring

Available: April 1st

Rent: $333/month, all utilities included (own bedroom, shared bath)

Features: large living room, large kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, plenty
of closet space, high-rise views (8th floor), extremely quiet,
	   nice neighboorhood, safe

  Contact: Alex (labrinid@cs.umd.edu)
         or Damian (karakos@isr.umd.edu)
