Share all living areas in a 4 bedroom semi-detached house with 2 friendly
but quiet roomates. Non-smokers, with no pets and no children.

Rooms come unfurnished or furnished, your choice. House has central heat
and air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpet, laundry room with washer and
dryer, 1-1/2 bathrooms, dishwasher, microwave, yard with deck.

Convenient location just minutes from the Beltway and I295 (B-W Parkway).
Short distance to NASA-GSFC, UM campus, New Carrolton Metro, and the
Green Line stations in College Park, Greenbelt and Hyattsville.
Close to several shopping centers and malls.
