Hi, I have one bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house, The starting date
is June 1. The house is located in College Park, in a quiet neighborhood.
The rent will be either 350 + 1/3 utilities, or 400 with utilities
included (phone seperate.) I am a grad student at the university, and the
other roommate is a returning adult student, studying art.
Lease would be for one year, although depending on the circumstances a 6
month lease will be considered.

Any interested parties, should email me back directly at
jrhens@wam.umd.edu
Thanks!
Julie
