Hi, Im looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom house with 2 other
people. The rent is 350 month +1/3 utilities (~50). You get your own
private room, plenty of storage space, friendly roommates. Would prefer a
1 year lease signed, but a 6 month lease is negotiablerent, 1
month deposit
required,
You can move in June 1st. There 2 A/C units in the house.
The house is located in a quiet residential area in College Park, walking
distance to the University.
Pls respond by Email,
Thanks
Julie
