Hi, I am looking for a house to rent/lease in a quiet neighborhood,
somewhere in the vincinity of Greenbelt,College Park, Berwyn Heights, or
further away, if the house is within 1 mile of a metro station.
I would prefer a house with a fenced back yard, and owner needs to allow
pets (2 dogs)
If it has two bedrooms, I am willing to pay up to 700/mo
If it has three or more bedrooms, I am willing to pay up to 800
/mo.

I am looking to move in at the end of May,
