Hi, there are two rooms available for rent starting Feb 9 in a
Beltsville townhouse (Beltsville is between Laurel and College park
and 5 miles from campus). I am looking for mature and responsible
non-smoking professional or student to share the house with. The
relevant specs are:
- $300/mo + 1/3 util for the one available now (shared bathroom)
- $360/mo + 1/3 util for the one in (own bathroom)
- Very close to I-95 and Rte 1
- quiet and safe neighborhood with a Giant, CVS, and
Sony theater within walking distance
- short drive to University of Maryland at College Park (public
transportation also available within walking distance) and
Nasa at Goddard
- shared kitchen and laundry
