Good Day Dear Friends,

		IS THERE ANY ONE CAN HELP ME?
		=============================

Friend of mind is a fan of horse racing. He heard about there was an
algorithm, named "CPR <--> Comparative Performance Rating" or something
like this, is good for bidding horses. He want to know and learn it.
I do appreciate if any one can offer me this CPR algorithm, or related
methods. Any mail is welcome. Thank you very much in advance.

my email address is wzhu@gara.une.oz.au
