Hi, I'm looking for a place to rent. Ideally, I'd like a self-contained
place (such as a granny flat) that's within about 15 minutes drive of
town and in a very quiet area (at the moment I'm at Holland Park).
Off-street parking would be nice. I have my own furniture except for
fridge and washing machine.

A bit about who I am: I'm 25 and studying at UQ (St Lucia) at the
moment, but may be swapping to QUT (Kelvin Grove). I also have a casual
job in Auchenflower. Because I'm studying I don't have much income and
can't afford more than $70 rent a week. Also, I have two cats.
