That's for the glossy (read higher margin) end of the computer market. In
order of descending gloss try Sim Lim Square and Sim Lim Tower.

Yes S$10 per hour, Suns and Pentiums with free basket of popcorn (sold at
S$1.50) there are two others also. I think they have web pages try http:www.sg
