Try e-mailing Microsoft and asking them to mail you the file you want as a
MIME document.

   dcarson@microsoft.com (David Carson).  David kindly helped me out recently.

They may consider it if the file is small and they are not swamped with
similar requests.  Yes, their site IS slow and buggy - I had similar
problems recently - it's not your fault.
