for sale: 1989 honda cb-1 (cb400f) motorcycle.  located in laurel, md.
excellent condition, 14k miles, $2500.

inline-4 cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 16 valves, 6 forward gears.  recently
changed tires (f&r), sprockets (f&r), brake pads (f&r), chain (endless),
battery, professionally repainted.  guarenteed ready to pass inspection.
installed progressive fork springs and cbr900rr rear shock.  stock engine
and exhaust.  never raced.  i am second owner, and i can put you in touch
with original owner.  selling because i cannot justify keeping both this bike
and my cbr with new baby coming (we need to spend money on other things).

this bike is very quick (high-revving engine redlines at 13,500 rpm) but not
so powerful as to overwhelm a new rider.  excellent choice for short riders
(ladies?), riders trying to keep insurance rates low (399cc engine, standard
styling), and riders looking to start racing in a smaller size class.
