Sylvain,

I can see your message on my ncf news server, no need to use google. I
use google to communicate with the us.* hierarchy since my news server
does not carry it at all.

Last I saw, Chris Lewis was trying to organize the can.* hierarchy,
but Chris is either way too busy nowadays, or lost interest, judging
from his very sparse participation in ott.config where he is the
chairman of ONAG, the body which approves new groups for ott.*

Chris Lewis works (or used to work, not sure) for Nortel as a news
admin. Nortel is no longer carrying ott.* groups. Whether that has
anything to do with Chris Lewis is anybody's guess. I assume you know
Nortel has shed close to 70% of its workforce and those who are still
there are under quite a lot of stress.
