Since who? He sure was the worst one I can remember and I go back to Eisenhower! What with the Iraq war fiasco, the virtual complete dergulation of financial markets leading to inevitable Wall St greed, the diastrous slicing and dicing of financial risk instruments, the sub prime mortgage debacle which caused the global financial crisis etc etc... In living memory was there any President worse than that? I don't think so.
