Title:	 	SENIOR  MECHANICAL  ENGINEER

		with  STAMPING  &  COINING  BACKGROUND

 
Location:	North Denver Area			  	Job Order #538

Length: 	Part Time - Off & On Consulting Position

Rate: 		$40  to  $45  Per Hour

Requirements:		Extensive  Background in Metal Forming
			  ie:  Coining/Stamping/Rolling/Embossing
           			 Background in Surface finish measurements
			  ie:  Roughness and  Wavyness
			 Ability to Interpret Surface Finish Specs.
			   And translate the Requirements into forming/
			 Stamping/and Finishing Solutions
			 Ability to Design Stamping Dies & Specify Die 
   Materials and Stamping parameters
 Ability to Co-ordinate Machine Shops 

Duties:  	Contractor will consult with company engineers for E-Block
		 OPP modifications.  Will also assist existing staff with implementing 
		 plan test methods and evaluate the results.  This is being done to
		 facilitate a volume production format, at a minimum cost, that
		 is an area of technology that does not currently reside in this
company.
