New kernal goodies:

scn.c - the console/host UART driver now supports additional ports
available to a few select customers from Peter Pereira.
Also, the terminal output overhead has been reduced by
quite a bit, so a 10MHz board will drive 4 9600 baud ports
	at full bore.

if_sl.c - serialnet for your 32016. This is somewhat cleaner than
versions on the Vaxes, and fits in without modifying any
other drivers. We have had the net running between a 16k and
a vax at 9600 baud with no problems. Requires a slightly
	altered slattach program.
