Hi, Austin: My brother is about to finish High School from an American school outside the U.S., and he plans to come to Austin this summer to take some preparation sessions for the upcoming SAT. I wonder whether any of you know of a reputable preparation center (or even high school, if available) in Austin AND NEAR UT campus that prepares kids for the SAT. I don't mind buying him a Mac software package and ask him to spend 6 weeks staring at the monitor and learn from the program, but my mom seems to only believe the traditional way of preparing for a college entrance exam: The hard way... Oh well. Please e-mail replies to javier@cs.utexas.edu, or otherwise leave a message at 473-2361. I appreciate your prompt response. --Javier H. Seen
