For those interested in VLSI and CAD for IC's, there is a new newsgroup
local to U of T, called ut.vlsi.   It will contain all the goings on
in these fields in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.  It
will also carry the agenda and minutes of the VLSI Forum, an informal
discussion on local VLSI technology.  I will post all the previous minutes
of the VLSI forum, so apologies to those who have them already.
