Thanks to those who got in touch about the printer and the monitor
adapter, those problems are solved now.

I still have a 32Mb 72-pin SIMM which I would like to trade for a 16 or
32Mb DIMM (168 pin, not EDO, deal is negotiable) or failing that, sell for
a reasonable offer.
