Hello all,

I am buying a new laptop soon, and I'd like to sell my existing one. It's
a PowerBook 540c in immaculate condition, with the following features:

- crisp, bright active matrix 640x480 screen, capable of thousands of
colours at 640x400
- 33/66 MHz 68LC040 processor, easily upgraded to PowerPC via daughtercard
- 36Mb RAM and 320Mb hard disc
- responsive, stable performance with MacOS 8 installed
- 44kHz 16-bit sound with stereo speakers and microphone
- trackpad
- built-in Ethernet
- two working batteries and AC adapter
- SuperDrive floppy disk drive
- 8-bit video out including adapter cable
- SCSI, serial, ADB and sound ports

The machine will become available in about a fortnight; the price is $2500.

Please contact me for further details.

                Thanks,

                        Matthew Kirkcaldie.
