On Wednesday, Oct 14 at approximately 1:45 pm EDT, UUNET Technologies
experienced an electrical power failure.  Our Deltec Uninterruptable
Power Supply allowed us to follow corporate procedure for graceful
shutdown of the hosts.  No data was lost as we removed individual
servers from the network.  The power was restored at 2:45 PM EDT.

UUNET distributes Deltec and Best Uninterruptable Power Supplies.
