A contract technician accidently cut power to two systems in our
computer room, one of which served as a console for five other
systems.  Access to our archive and news systems was interrupted from
approximately 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM eastern time.  People dialing in
through our remote hubs would not be able to login during these times.
Service was not interrupted for customers dialing to our Virginia
office, using our 800 number or connecting via CompuServe.  All systems 
were brought back with no problems.  No data was lost.
