Let's get something straight:

If you kill a cow and cook it, you'll have meat.  If you don't
cook it, and you give it the chance to grow legs (albeit maggot 
legs) and it runs away again, well, I don't think you can still 
call it meat.  You need to hunt, kill and cook it all over again!

Couldn't the term "GREEN STEAKS" have stood for some kind of
Irish marinade?!?
