If you looked at Mr.Barker's Web page, it is not at all confusing. It is 
a matter of whether or not you accept his premises as to why he is 
having his very profound difficulties. 
Regardless of whether or not his premises (beliefs, facts, etc.) are 
accepted his current situation and how he feels have got to be 
unbelievably difficult for him, his family and his colleagues and I hope 
he/they can somehow find some peace and resolution.
