   At about 9pm on 12-4-97 Officer Steve Smith received a HIT &
RUN call which just occurred. The victim was pulling into the
Lambeth Field parking lot when a black Honda Civic hit his car
and drove away south bound on Emmet Street. the Honda Civic
should have damage to its left front fender/bumper area.
   IF the driver of the car was a student, he might be parking
on grounds somewhere. If you see in a parking lot a vehicle
meeting the description with the damage, call 911 with the
license plate number.
   IF the driver of the car was a visitor leaving Lambeth
Field, someone might know who owns a black Honda Civic who left
at about 9pm on 12-4-97.
   IF you know any information about this incident, please call
