Among the photocopied announcements that have showed up in my mail box over the past few weeks, sheets of colored paper have outnumbered white pages two to one. This bothers me a bit, now that the University has started recycling fine white paper. Is there some reason for photocopying onto colored paper, or is this the result of random choices by copier operators?
