I know that it's bad form to follow up to one's own articles but I thought I should mention that the modem that I got from Sympatico is the newer "1 Meg Modem HSA" that can support 1.3Mbit downstream and 320Kbit up. The line cards in the DMS-100 switches don't seem to do this but it's still worth knowing. -- David Evans (NeXTMail/MIME OK) dfevans@bbcr.uwaterloo.ca Computer/Synth Junkie http://bbcr.uwaterloo.ca/~dfevans/ University of Waterloo "Default is the value selected by the composer Ontario, Canada overridden by your command." - Roland TR-707 Manual
