A CS graduate student (non-smoking) is looking for a room to live during
the coming term (perhaps + winter term). Shared townhouse or apartment
close to UW campus is preferred.

A friend and I have found a very nice condo in TO but we need a third roommate.
The condo is in the Palacades (sp?) in the Don Mills and Eglington (close to
IBM lab) The building has squash, racquetball, and tennis courts (don't worry
about finding an opponent), swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table, and a weight
room. Rent is $400 a month (September - December). There are two bedrooms and
a solarium which will act as the third bedroom. It is furnished except for the
solarium which lacks a bed, although I am sure something could be arranged.

So if you are interested, give me (Ramin) a call at 886-9739 or 725-8941
before Thursday, or email me.

                              Ramin
P.S. nonsmokers please
