				ROOM FOR RENT

I have a basement room available for the fall term (one term only).
Here's the pertinent info:

Where:	Westmount Estates Townhouses
	288 Westcourt Pl., corner of University Ave. and Westmount Rd.
	10 min walk to campus.
	2 min walk to Mr. Grocer and Westmount Mall.
	Large quiet back court yard.

What:	The basement room is finished and carpeted and includes a separate
	two piece bathroom.  You would share the remainder of a large
	townhouse with two other roomates.  Shared spaces are the living room,
	kitchen and bathroom for showers.  Living room comes furnished.
	Washer/Dryer and Dish Washer included.

Cost:   $350/month 
	All utilities, cable bill, and basic phone service are included, you
	must pay for your long distance bills though.
