The man page says "Local" in the footer. What does "Local" mean? In most cases it means we got the program from off the net somewhere. Who submitted this one to the net, and isn't the name going to conflict with Bill's xhier stuff?

I tried looking for them in the xhier package.

Oh, you wanted to see the source instead of simply read the man page? Well of course you'll find that in -- ooops -- uh, you'll now find it in the xhier package's man directory as expected.
