This is becaue xh-make-links is not rebuilding the links because of
conflicts just about everywhere.  Whoever gets the xh-cronjob output
should fix these conflicts and re-run xh-make-links.

This bug in general will be fixed when the Makefile-body file becomes
a shell script, because then it can do this
  setenv PATH `showpath +deleteDuplicatesFromEnd current xhier mfcf-basics`
