I am moving out of state and want to get rid of the following items. I
currently live in Alexandria. These items are in storage near the
mixing bowl. Please contact me via email: johnseberg@netscape.net

I would like cash in the amount shown, and for you to accept the
item(s) "as is". I'll give you a big discount if you take the whole
lot!

Futon $200 solid oak frame, queen size, brand new maroon cover

Dresser $100 oak finish, top flips up to expose mirror and jewelry
compartment

Kitchen Table $50 Mostly solid wood with wood grained formica top.
seats four and has two leaves to seat six

TV Stand $20 Real wood finish, glass doors to VCR compartment.

This stuff has some very minor wear and tear. The Kitchen Table and TV
stand may need minor cosmetic repairs, but functional and fairly high
quality.
