We are in mountain time. Our CBS affiliate shows the national news at 17:00, the ABC affiliate shows theirs at 17:30 as does the NBC affiliate. Local late news is anywhere from 21:00 to 22:00. The morning programmes (Today show etc) are shown from 07:00 to 09:00, with local news starting anywhere from 05:00. Most national programmes are shown at the times stated for the Central zone. We don't get some programmes at all if live sports are shown, such as Monday night football.
