Do you recommend it? It was a Chrsitmas gift and no installation charge -- just plug it in. I just got around to installing it a month ago. Too early to tell -- I still get spam phone calls. The numbers seem to be decreasing, but that's anecdotal. All I know is the one case where I picked up and heard the caller's computer say "Sorry, wrong number." Presumably the computer reclassified my number as no longer valid. I have no idea how many of the calls that I didn't answer resulted in the same outcome.
