    Here's a bunch of bumf I've just discovered on the

MyAccount page at verizon.  If I understand the arrogant
bureaucratese aright, this means they're

asserting a right, in typical shitheaded BigPhoneCompany

fashion, arbitrarily to deny the use of aliasses, and

thereby destroying the usefulness of usenet. Nobody in his right
mind posts with his own naked address any more!

	Is that                                     
right?? (Note that they seem totally to ignore the use of

any mailer other than OE or Nutscrape!)
