Site 104 Victory! At least for now...

Yesterday, the Baltimore office of the Army Corps of Engineers announced
they intend to re-evaluate and issue a revised draft Environmental
Impact Statement regarding the dumping of dredge spoil at Site 104 in
light of public concern!!!!
