The LoJack operators were installing them in local police department cars free of charge, or giving the units to the police radio shop to install. The LoJack folks are offering on their radio ads around here, "If your car is not recovered within 24 hours of being reported stolen we will refund the full cost of the system. " ( $500-600 currently) They have all kinds of stories of cars being recovered in under an hour. others about a car being stolen and recovered twice in a 24 hour period. Works for me. --Dale
