I have been an Adelphia subscriber in Charlottesville for over 10
years. I have never had a serious outage. I have many plans from
which to choose. The only complaint I have consistently reported is
that one of the channels (WDCA) is intermittantly snowy, and that this
situation is noticable at least 5 times per hour for several minutes
at a time. The local access channels are available and they have
production equipment on site so you can produce your own shows.

We get the access due only to the contract negotiated by the city in
return for exclusivity.
