Bag the cable company. ANY cable company. For $500 or less, get mini
dish, a year's sub, and at least 50 channels. base rate after the first
year is $25/month. Get 4 HBO's for $10/month, networks for $4/ month.
I've got an Echostar DISH network system and will NEVER go back! See
alt.dbs.echostar for ongoing discussion on this system. Lowest monthly
rate, NICE tech reps. Only way to go.
