Process Mentor needed for a lucrative Consultant slot on the east coast.   
This person must have a very  strong understanding and experience with Fusion, 
Rumbaugh and Booch, Use Cases by Jacobsen and others, and strong Human 
Factors.
This person will be the Lead Methodologist for this team and mentor the 
mentors, so to speak.  This position is extremely visible and will meet often 
with all of the Leads of the development project.  He or she will participate 
in the development of the Object Model to Persistence Model turnover process 
and deliverables.  This person will also educate team members in the process, 
in methods and techniques, in tool usage, and in the methodology used here.


Platform Mentor needed at the same site as above.  This person must have 
extensive coding in their background and strong experience with NeXTStep, 
Objective C, and large applications.  No Methodologies experience is required 
but would be a plus.
