   Not too surprising. Paul Hill, the Presbyterian minister charged in 
the murder of Dr. Britton and retired Lt. Col. James Barrett (NOT a 
doctor but Dr. Britton's bodyguard who was also killed, was being 
defended by the Virginia Beach, Va.-based American Center for Law and 
Justice on earlier charges of harassing patients at a Pensacola abortion 
clinic before the killings.
   The American Center for Law & Justice is mainly financed by 
contributions from viewers to Robertson's CBN-TV network.
   The center has now announced it will no longer defend Hill in the 
earlier case because of the murder charges against him.
