The trouble with "religious" and "fanaticism" is that the words
should _NEVER_ be in the same sentence.  Oops...  ;>

Actually, the real trouble is that the "right" religious fanatic
doesn't understand the "left" one and vice versa.  And the poor
dweebs (like me) that were taught that worshiping God is a
private matter don't understand either one of them.  It seems
to be hypocrisy to abhor abortion if you aren't going to be
mature enough to know that birth control is needed.  Not
everyone has the desire or the self-control (or whatever) to
remain chaste.  That person should be allowed access to 
"reasonable" methods of birth control and those methods should
have a reasonable success rate, be inexpensive, and not cause
the person to be at risk of life and limb (i.e. backyard
butchers).  My personal belief is that with all of the options
available today, that if someone is too stupid to use birth
control, PLEASE let them have an abortion so that they won't
lower the average intelligence of the human race.  (Before I
get flamed, note that this doesn't apply to those people who
fall into the failure rate category.

Now, I expect all sorts of people to disagree with the above.
I DON'T CARE!  The beauty of this country is our ability to
speak.  Last time I asked a gun a question, I never got an
answer...
