Ummm, OK, maybe it will eventually make it in Webster's but perhaps not the OED.
Someone's (usually the Feds and marketing types) always trying to coin
something in this town - usually making verb forms out of nouns.  There
was a rumor years ago that the folks in the Pentagon had to have a special
dictionary to look up terms contrived by Alexander Haig and we're not just
talking acronyms here.  To the proponents, it's a more efficient way of
communicating; to the opponents it's obfuscation.  Enough of linguistics,
it's time to get back to the linguine.
