So, I'm assuming that you are implying that I'm wrong just for posting
information about the VDOT/VSP attempt to address safety on I-81.  Sorry
I messed in your sandbox.

I guess, based on this one report, that the whole thing is a failure
and VDOT should dispatch crews post-haste to remove _all_ the speed
limit signs on I-81 -- after all, trying to control speed is just a
farce and people will wreck at any speed.

Sorry I bothered.  Trot out your "85th percentile" zealots to gloat.
