The renters FAQ on the washington post site says that I must received my deposit no more than 30 days after I vacate the building. I vacated and the management has confirmed that I will be receiving the majority of my deposit as my apartment was left in very clean and undamaged condition. I vacated with a leaving date of 30 Nov 96 and I still have seen no deposit from Charles E. Smith. what is the state regulation on deposit refunds?
