	   (I-495 and Rt. 50, off Gallows Road)
Near Metro (Orange Line, Dunn Loring Station, 1.1 miles), on Bus Line 
(MetroBus, Fairfax Connector), less than 1 mile to the Beltway, 3 miles 
to Tyson's Corner.

Large Bedroom, shared bathroom, in 3 BR/ 2 floor townhouse.  Large living 
area on first floor, full kitchen, air conditioning, cable, pool in 
complex, parking: all utilities, basic phone, cable included, $420/month 
+ your long-distance calls, if any.  2 phone lines installed, second line 
is pretty much a dedicated data line.   Bedroom is partially furnished 
(twin bed, set of drawers, chair), or bring your own furniture (we'll 
shift the rest around. . .).

Prefer male, SERIOUSLY prefer Non-smoker (we're losing a smoker, and 
would like to keep it that way. . .).  Alas, the lease says no pets, but 
a cat is possibly acceptable, as is anything in a cage.

Roomates are Male Professional, 33 ( has lived here for 3 years), and Female 
Professional, 24 (has the master suite and her own private bedroom: been 
here almost a year. . . .)

Deposit is $100, the landlord requires a $25.00 application fee
