The temparature is starting to rise. Get these while they're still
available! I have 2 air-conditioners for sale.

The first is a 8500 BTU Carrier. It is not quite a year old and was only
used for about 3 months. We bought it last July and just used it for
that summer. But then we moved to a house with central
air-conditioning. It's a small unit and will fit in any normal size
window. We paid about $500. That included a 10 year warrenty on the
motor. Asking $250.

The second unit is a 12300 BTU Gibson. It's several years old and looks
it but it still works fine. It'll cool you down quickly. Asking $150.

I have all the mounting hardware and instructions for both units.

I'm located in Sterling. If interested, reply via e-mail
