In a city near me the residents of a particular area kept complaining to
council about drivers speeding in their streets. When the police
decided to act on the complaints and setup radar traps in those areas,
the only people who were caught speeding were *all* local residents,
many of whom where caught doing over 80km/h in 50 zones.
