NOAA Issues Nation's Official Winter Weather Forecast

The nation's top climate and weather experts of the National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration today unveiled the winter weather forecast
for the United States, saying that a lingering La Ni�a climate cycle of
cold tropical Pacific waters will influence wintertime weather patterns
through March.
