I already suggested this once, long ago. How about feeding it outwards to
whoever will carry it, but only accept posts from registered subscribers.
Examine the From: lines for a registered from address, and only allow those that
match into DECUServe. This would increase your subscriber base by at least one,
me. I suspect that there are others who would get this stuff via uucp or nntp
that aren't currently subscribers. And how many people are content to lurk? Most
want to be able to ask questions. The fee isn't so high that people will just
read the info silently. Many or most will subscribe.
