Welcome to vmsnet.decus.journal. This group will contain the DECUServe
Journal, formerly of the DECUS Newsletters.

I'll be posting this message to the new group several times, so that as the
group is created across the net, this message will arrive to announce to
the public what the group is. The moderator will probably wait a bit to let
the group propagate before she posts administrative info. Once you've read
this message once, feel free to skip it.

From the newgroup message:

This moderated group will consist of selected subject threads from
DECUServe moderated conferencing system. The DECUServe Journal was formerly
published in the DECUS Newsletters, now defunct. The moderator will post
more info as the group begins operation in earnest.

The moderator is Sharon Frey. Mail administrative communications (i.e.
email not intended to be posted) to <dsjournal-qrys@eisner.decus.org>. Due
to the nature of this group, I don't know whether postings submitted from
the net will actually be accepted. The moderator will make the policies of
the group clear once the group has had time to propagate.
